BONCHA handles personal information related to reservations and inquiries in accordance with Thailand’s PDPA.

The Store may collect the following personal data when you make a reservation or inquiry:

  • Reservation details (date, time, number of guests, course, requests, etc.)
  • Allergy information / food preferences (optional)
  • (If kimono rental is requested) size information such as height (optional)
  • Photos and videos (with consent)
  • Cookies and other technical information (where applicable)
Purpose of Use
The collected personal data will be used for the following purposes:
  • Confirming and managing reservations and providing experience services
  • Contacting customers regarding service provision and responding to inquiries
  • Accommodating special requests (such as allergy-related needs, if voluntarily provided)
  • Safety management and service improvement
  • Public relations and marketing activities (photos, videos, etc.) with consent
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Mandatory Information and Consequences of Not Providing Data
If required information such as name or contact details is not provided, the Store may be unable to accept or manage reservations.
Allergy information and size information are optional; however, if not provided, our ability to accommodate specific requests may be limited.
Disclosure to Third Parties and Outsourcing
The Store uses reservation management systems such as TableCheck. Reservation-related information may be shared with the Store and the service providers to the extent necessary for reservation management.
In addition, personal data may be handled by service providers involved in website operation, IT support, or related services, within the scope necessary for their work.
If applicable, payment information such as credit card details is processed by payment service providers, and the Store does not directly collect or retain such information.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
If reservation systems or IT service servers are located outside Thailand, personal data may be stored or processed outside the country.
Data Retention Period
The Store retains personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by applicable laws.
As a guideline, reservation-related information and communications are retained for [e.g., 24 months].
Requests for Access, Correction, or Deletion
If a data subject requests access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data, the Store will respond within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable laws.
