- All prices are listed in THB. VAT, service charges, transportation fees, venue fees, and parking fees are not included.
Cancellation / Schedule Changes
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Cancellation fees:
- 7–3 days prior: 50%
- 2 days prior or later: 100%
- One schedule change is permitted. Additional costs will be quoted separately depending on actual expenses.

- From how many people can I make a request? Is there a maximum number?

Requests are welcome from one person.
The number of participants depends on the program content and venue conditions, so please let us know your desired number first.
(Guideline: 5–15 people / other group sizes can also be accommodated.)
- Are there any items not included in the fee?

VAT, service charges, transportation fees, venue fees, and parking fees are not included. Additional costs will be quoted separately if required.
- Is it possible even if the required space (3m × 3m) cannot be secured?

In some cases, we can accommodate smaller spaces.
We can propose setups tailored to the venue, such as using a standing-style table.
Please send venue photos or a layout plan.
- Can this be held at a hotel or office?

Yes, it is possible. Since an IH heater is used, a power outlet is required.
Please note that we will confirm access routes and load-in conditions in advance.
- Is photography allowed?

Photography is permitted, provided it does not interfere with the ceremony. Please be considerate if other guests may appear in the photos.
Kimono Rental
Rental kimono service is also available for off-site tea ceremonies.

- Up to 10 female and 3 male kimono sets are available. The number may vary depending on sizes and availability.
- Hair and makeup services are not included. Please arrange separately if needed.
- If you wish to use this service, please inform us in advance of the number of guests, approximate heights, and your preferred style.
- Please prepare a changing space at the venue (a simple space is sufficient).
